Bocas del Toro surfing can be found all along the north shore of the island. There is a neat jungle trail that winds through the rainforest from Bocas Bound 5 minutes right on to the beach. During the Bocas del Toro surf season (November thru April) one can surf right off Red Frog Beach. We have an array of boards to rent.
