Red Frog Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bocas del Toro archipelago, but each beach has its own personality and dynamic features of jungle, coral, and waves.
If you stay in Bocas town, be prepared to spend money to get to a beach.
Red Frog Beach is named for the small red frogs that Isla Bastimentos is famous for. The waves are large or small depending on which time of the year you come. The beach has about 3/4 mile long stretch of beautiful white sand. It is located just a short walk away from Bocas Bound and is one of the most famous beaches in Bocas del Toro.
