Getting from Bocas del Toro to Panama City:
- By Air: Take a $3 water taxi to Bocas Town and catch a taxi or walk to the Bocas airport. Both Aeroperlas and Air Panama flies to Panama City from Bocas Town and arrives at Albrook Airport. From there you can catch a taxi to the international Tocumen Airport (PTY). It takes an hour to get across town (depending on traffic) so plan on this time for travel.
- By Bus: First you will have to take the water taxi to Bocas Town and then catch the water taxi to Changuinola. From here you can catch a bus to Panama City. The drive takes around 8 hours.
